Brand Marketing Specialist , US

Job Summary: 
Drive execution of strategic projects targeting ad hoc and ongoing business needs in support of partner relationship management, product development, and Social Casino marketing enablement.  Work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Game Development, Product, and Commercial functions to help build and launch the most exciting Social Gaming products in the free-play and real-money online gaming industry.
 
Essential Job Functions:
·        Actively manage and maintain relationships with external license holders
·        Coordinate and assist license product life-cycle, to include legal, concept, development, approval, marketing, release and reporting.
·        Facilitate / coordinate the relationship between Game Development and external license holders
·        Coordinate with Game Development, Commercial and Marketing teams to gather information about and understand various market needs for new product development
·        Coordinate with Game Development, Product, Commercial and Marketing teams to conduct product, brand and player research projects
·        Assist communication between SG Social and the Scientific Games Licensing and Properties group
·        Manage vendor(s) in the design, deployment and reporting of research reports against determined goals
·        Provide detailed information, training, and marketing collateral to relevant internal and external target audiences in support of new game and product launches
·        Ensure timeliness and accuracy of product information on websites and social channels
·        Assist with various Marketing activities including communications, media & events
·        Monitor and evaluate competitive applications and products to maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry and the Company’s competitive environments. 


Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field

Helpful Experience:
·        Experience in marketing and/or brand management
·        Experience in interactive industries required; Gaming a plus 
·        Experience managing partner relationships

Physical Requirements:  Office environment

Work Conditions:  May require weekend and evening hours, domestic and/or international travel.

·        Understanding of the Gaming Industry, the major players and competitive landscape
·        Understanding of Social Gaming Industry, the major players and competitive landscape
·        Ability to handle many projects simultaneously
·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·        Excellent communication and creative writing capabilities
·        Team oriented, but with an ability to work independently; a self-starter
