Barry Cottle has held leadership positions at several renowned organizations in the tech and gaming industries. He was the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President at Zynga where he took over the declining casino division and turned the business around to grow revenuews and market share. Mr. Cottle was also Executive Vice President for Interactive Games, Electronic Arts (EA), transitioning EA Mobile from a US-centric feature phone business to a worldwide free-to-play leader across smartphones and Facebook. In addition, he was the Chief Operating Officer at Palm, Inc. and Founder & CEO of Quickoffice, Inc. which was ultimately acquired by Google.
Mr. Cottle received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.
As Managing Director, B2B, Leigh Nissim leads SG Interactive’s Remote Game Server and SG Universe businesses. In this role, he focuses on continued product growth, new market opportunities, and creating the world’s best interactive gaming experiences.
Leigh manages teams of many disciplines across the globe to drive profitability for customers and foster exceptional player experiences. His history of leadership in the industry empowers SG Interactive to provide an unprecedented product portfolio.
Prior to joining SG Interactive, Leigh held leadership roles at IGT, Nektan, GTECH and St Minver.
Michael Cody has experience in both online and bricks-and-mortar gaming having participated in multiple successful M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side, as well as post-acquisition integration that has exceeded operational efficiency and financial goals. Mr. Cody is a CPA, CCMA and MBA who has previously served as the Vice President Operations for Churchill Downs Interactive and Vice President, Finance for both Churchill Downs Interactive and Arlington Park.
Mr. Cody received his MBA with concentrations in Finance & Entrepreneurship at The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
As Vice President & Chief Product Officer, B2B, Mr. Wood leads the Global Product Strategy and Roadmap. He manages a team of Product Manager specialists ensuring high quality, on-time delivery aiming to meet or exceed market and customer expectations. Previously, Mr. Wood has served as the Director of Casino at Williams Interactive.
Prior to entering his role with SG Interactive, Mr. Wood held several senior leadership positions in the industry including roles at Betsson, Nordic Gaming Group and Jadestone.
As Vice President, Global Commercial, Mr. Hays leads new business development, marketing, commercial sales and B2B product strategy. To date Mr. Hays has successfully established critical alliances supporting online products/services, led the continuing development of Interactive's casino platform and most recently was responsible for Interactive's election as a supplier to the Delaware Lottery.
Prior to helping found Williams Intreactive, Mr. Hays served as Executive Director at WMS Gaming leading the new business development and commercial sales efforts across multiple North American jurisdictions. Direct responsibilities included launching the WMS Class II / Central Determination business in the Americas and successfully leading WMS to be selected as a qualified supplier to both British Columbia Lottery Corporation and Lotto Quebec’s online gaming entities PlayNow.com and Espacejeux.com.
Before joining WMS, Mr. Hays held several senior leadership positions with General Electric Corporation.
Aaron joined the SG Interactive family through the WMS Industries acquisition of his company Phantom EFX in 2012, where he spent over 13 years as CEO. Heading up the SG Interactive SoCaMo™ (Social, Casual, Mobile Gaming) Business Unit, Aaron leads the charge creating new and inventive slot experiences to captivate players through free-play and freemium experiences.
As CEO of Phantom EFX in Cedar Falls, Iowa, the strategy and vision Aaron brought the helm led to hundreds of successful products and tens of millions engaged customers. Aaron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Northern Iowa.
Jim joined the SG Interactive family through the WMS Industries acquisition of his company Phantom EFX in 2012, where he spent over six years as VP of Sales & Operations and seven years as President. Heading up Business Development & Strategy for SG Interactive, Jim leads the charge for new business initiatives and is pivotal in helping shape the company's strategic roadmap.
As President of Phantom EFX ni Cedar Falls, Iowa, Jim built a first class sales, manufacturing and distribution system from start up in 2000 to a leading casual games publisher. Jim attended the University of Northern Iowa.
